New Warcraft Project - Alliance PVE Casual Guild

I'm up for this. Long time wow player but quit a while ago though boredom, but this sounds interesting.

Will initially role a Hunter as i normally play melee.

It will be on your battle.net account i think - and you should get an email to your registered address to say that you have a scroll cast on you.

I have 2 scrolls available today to send out.

As far as i understand, it's not instant.

Give it about an hour or so. Blizzard need to verify the details, when last sub ran out, etc. Why that shouldn't be instant I don't know, but there you go...

What to do is once you know what server we are going to. Create 2 toons, one to be you're lvl 1 main, use the other to instantly level to 80. The 80 can be you're way of grinding mats etc but not strictly used in the guild until we cap 80. You can instantly upgrade any toon you have on your inactive account though, its doesn't have to be a new toon.

The scroll will give you 7 days free game time, you will then have to set up a subscription. When you do that, the person who sent you the scroll gets a spectral mount as a reward. You also get a free upgrade of your game so if you only bought up to BC then you will be upgraded to Cata free :D Hope that explains it.

I think the scroll reactivates your account so that you can play, make characters, etc. You get to choose which character you move or get levelled after you have already logged on and done stuff.

I think tanks are fairly well represented, and healers also tbh, surprisingly enough! Just roll whatever you fancy playing - if that's dps, tank, or healer it's all good :)
 
So the name of the toon needed to reactivate isn't automatically transferred?

I've never played anything but tank/healer at end game (not well anyway). Maybe I'll try DPS then.
 
You use the battle.net registered email address to send a scroll to. It is sent from a particular character, and that defines where a character from the target account can migrate to.
 
Hmm, my account says "too many attempts". Not sent any invites today, but i did send them yesterday less than 24 hours ago.

I'll check back later and if no-one has scrolled you i'll try again.

Ok, so my toon name is not needed just my bnet email?

In that case, can someone send a scroll please? Email in trust. :)
