best 3g provider

yer i just want web access when at work.

Because we know the area you live, the area you work and the signal strength at both of these places...?

Actual access speeds aren't very different at full signal strength with 3G or HSDPA, but for all we know you could have no signal on one/some of the networks.

Unfortunately your location is showing as 'England' so no one will be able to give you an answer. That's like asking how much car insurance would be, without giving us any details about the car. :p

3 or either T-Mobile/Orange. If you go with Orange/TM you can use the other's 3G network so get enhanced coverage.

If you want to use it at work then find out which network has the best coverage at that location. No good having the "fastest" network if you have no signal or only 2G :p

Which is all well and good provided either network has decent coverage.
I live in a small town where there any no UMTS cells for either Orange or T-Mobile, and the nearest 3G cell is an Orange one which is about 4 miles outside town in the next town! Even the GSM cells don't give good coverage.

Orange have planning permission to build a fill in tower on the edge on my new housing development stretching back a number of years but no sign of them building anything.

Three are rocking the world of mobile data in my opinion. For coverage, speed, data limits and price, they are kicking the **** off of O2, Vodafone and Orange.
