Would a GeForce 210 (1024 MB) power a 27"?

Hi guy's my 21" screen has just died on me so looking to pick a new one up in the morning from OC, what I am asking is would my GeForce 210 (1024 MB)
power this OK....

But do you game?

It dosen't make any diffrence between the two mointors they are the same res.
