One that bothered me was a CCTV footage guy who had been arrested in the states for something. The cop fails to frisk him properly, offers him a cup of water and goes to get it. Guy reaches into his trousers and pulls out a gun and blows his head off.

seen a young guys head explode, as a truck went over it. the wheel went over just below the nose and crushed his lower jaw and windpipe (and body) his head popped and made a mess of the pavement.

the image that sticks with me?

the truck drivers face, just some poor dude doing a job, now forever scarred, and the realisation of that fact.

this all happened outside a bin truck site many years back, in glasgow, down yorkhill, on Gilbert street, if anyone knows it.

OK, here goes....

I was using someones mobile phone, its a smart phone which has multiple screens, when i flicked the lock screen off it didnt go off straight away, so i flicked it again and this time it went off and there on the next screen was the image.

The image was of this person dressed in womens underwear, posing against a desk.

now that wouldnt be TOO bad, a lot of people are into that kind of thing....this person may have purchased the underwear for a loved one and thought to himself "oh i might try those on" but i think this was premeditated as there was a wig involved and also some lipstick!

Like i said, i cannot get this image out of my head now

When I was an Air Cadet I saw a soldier from the Princess of Wales Regiment get hit by a Land Rover fitted with bull bars at Altcar Rifle Ranges. He suffered a compound fracture of his tibia, which came out through the skin, which I can only describe as the most horrific thing I've ever seen, and the screams he emitted seemed to suggest he agreed. Luckily there were other soldiers there who obviously had far better first aid training than I who could tend to him. I literally froze on the spot. According to one of our Squadron's officer's, I was as white as a sheet and shaking when I wandered back into the sports hall where we were playing 5 a side football.

Had a similiar sort of experience - I'm not squeamish really and seen far worse things and its not something thats stuck in my head - but was on a bus once when an old woman carrying a selection of kitchen knives unprotected in a plastic bag got on and the guy that got on behind her stood on the bag pushing a knife through an artery in her leg for some reason the sight of blood pulsating out splashing on the wall and collecting in a pool on the floor made me feel quite sick - and I've seen far worse injuries first hand but not in a civilian context that have bothered me less was feeling quite shaky and sick for awhile... no idea if she lived or not but there was a nurse on the bus and a clinic just outside that they rushed her into - she definitely wouldn't have made it if they were waiting for an ambulance.

Seriously why the hell did curiosity get the better of me...i went and watched "3 Guys 1 Hammer" and god, its just utterly heart wrenching to watch. Especially when you read up the on the backstory as he was just going to go see his grandkid and the ******** do that to him! The fact there was no motive just sickens me as well as they did it just for "fun" along with their other 20 murders.

I honestly thought I was completely desensitised to the internet as Ive seen most things, but not this! seriously not this!

After watching that I seriously dont feel I want to live on this planet anymore when people are capable of acts of pure evil like that!

iirc war lords sometimes cut off the arm/hand/trigger fingers of all the men and boys in tribes/villages so that they cannot fight back in future but can still do slave work.

That's probably the most painful thing about it ... the respite of death just never seems like an option for him.

Probably the hardest bit for me as well, epspecially when hes gasping and you can see him clearly trying to hold onto life despite the multiple horrific injuries he received (too many to count).

It is horrible to think that we all live in our own little worlds oblivious to this sort of thing, yet when you think about how many sick videos are on the net and then think of just how many horrendous acts like this happen without being recorded or even heard about etc...makes you come to the realisation that this world truly is ******.

Just hearing those gasps though *shiver* as he tried to hold on, yet they still viscously tortured him gouging his eyes out etc. I just dont see how they could take pleasure out of his misery and pain. I was just hoping throughout that they would at least have the descency to give him respite and just end it but no they continued to torture and utterly degrade the poor guy.

Oh and not to mention the laughing...that just made me pure angry!
