Recommend free roam game

Can anyone recommend a free roam game that is not from: rockstar,Bethesda,who ever made dead island,Minecraft

Don't know quite how free you want your roaming to be but I'd recommend:

Mass Effect Series (1 was my personal favourite)
Batman: Arkham Series (Asylum was my personal favourite)
Assassins Creed Series (2 was my personal favourite)

Also, to the poster above, Fallout is a Bethesda game.

10GBish if you mean how much HDD space.

If you mean the map, it's ******G HUGE! Took me over 10 minutes to fly from one end of the map to the other. (You can teleport, but I wanted to try it!)

The free roam is great, but some of the missions do get a bit boring, but seeing as you can get it for about £10, it's well worth it!

Most MMO's are free roam. In Lotro you could walk from the west coast of Middle Earth to Bag End to Rivendell and on through the Misty Mountains to Mirkwood.

Do it as a naked hobbit and you get a cookie and free invisibility ring

10 min, hijack a fighter jet and do it in 2

I was in the smaller plane, alhough in the jet it still takes a while!

STALKER, all of them are good but SOC is the most well regarded.

Add the complete mod and you're good to go!

Just Cause 2!!

Anyone who doesn't have it should get it. The game map is just HUGE!! The graphics are stunning and you get absolute satisfaction and pleasure from going about anywhere and doing anything.

Like an above poster mentioned, even flying in a jet, it can take you couple of minutes from one end to the other end.

Stunning scenery :cool:
