Foxconn Has an Intel Z68 Motherboard OMG HERESSY

Heh, as I understand it they make (or at least part of) pretty much all motherboards.

It looks cheap... 3+1 phase isn't what I'd go for. But then again if you're going to spend 25 quid on memory and 80 quid on a processor, why get an all singing all dancing board?

I dont know what all the fuss about Foxconn , is , im running two foxconn boards , and I have never had a problem , though I wouldnt go for them out of choice as obviously there are better for enthusiasts .
If you think they only do basic boards think again , I found a blackops 775 boared in a second hand shop for £200 , thought that must be wrong , cause can get new boards for £40 right ?
At the time I didnt no it were premium board because it were foxconn , so I nocked em down to £45 on the strength of the cost of new 775 boards . I never heard of x48 chipset at time .
it now runs a Q6600 atr 3.2 quite nice , with decent bios for overclocking , even a debug display , fan for chipset , and a LN chimney .
Lets all forget about asus , gigabyte , Msi , im waiting on foxconns z77 offerings , yey (slighjt sarcasm)

Did anybody bother to check the article date? It was May 25th 2011 so coming on for a year ago.

It's a bit late releasing new Z68 boards when the 7 series is almost with us.
