Shocking EDL video

According to the Americans own leaked classified documents it was 66,000 civilians. Not including enemy combatants. The actual figure is widely thought to be much higher.

No, that is the number of people that died, not the number of people killed by Coalition forces. If you care so much about the subject how come you are so poorly informed about it?

What war crime was being described in that article?

http://youtu.be/DOQFmBiAc9g?t=17m30s

Watch from about 17:30 where Noam Chomsky describes more eloquently some of the war crimes commited by the US and it's allies.

I would actually watch the whole thing if I were you. You can skip the Tariq Ali introduction if you want..but i would suggest watching the whole thing if you have time.

One example of a war crime as outlined by the fourth Geneva convention.

According to the US they had to enter the hospital, force people out of their beds and onto the floor, handcuff them and stop medical treatment because the hospital was working as a propaganda tool by releasing casualty figures.

LOLOLOLOL

Reading that article, you missed out this bit,
Two companies from the Iraqi 36th Commando Battalion...joined in the attack on the hospital. The operation was the latest for the 36th Battalion, with men drawn from across the country, including some from Sunni heartland cities like Ramadi and Tikrit where the insurgency is fierce. Iraqis in the unit are eager to demonstrate that they can be a credible fighting force against the insurgents.

Not a war-crime, as they were working with Iraqi forces vs insurgents I assume that the Iraqi government had sanctioned the securing of the hospital building, which they or the Americans can do under Article 19 of the same convention: Art. 19. The protection to which civilian hospitals are entitled shall not cease unless they are used to commit, outside their humanitarian duties, acts harmful to the enemy. Protection may, however, cease only after due warning has been given, naming, in all appropriate cases, a reasonable time limit and after such warning has remained unheeded.

I think you'll find tha the UK actually helps the innocents of afghanistan get rid of the Taliban. I think as well that the Afghans are greatful for having our forces there. Maybye not US Forces though

Hitler wanted a free country he went to far, he had the right idea,

Right idea?; oh I see the angle you take, "preach bs to the uneducated masses to get a voter base then use a false flag exercise to ban political opposition and institute martial law, or was it a German patriot act?.

Britain was on its knees USA steps in offers loads of money for planes ships food to defend Britain thus we are in debt,

Britain was in need but not on it's knees, just able to defend its self but unable to swing the balance from defense to attack. The United States did not in fact give Britain money; what they did give was in effect an infinite line of loaned equipment and materials allowing Britain to procure needed materials and hardware to sustain and eventually ramp up the war effort from defense to attack. Anything of durable origin like ships and such was to be handed back after hostilities ceased. Anything that Britain needed after the lend lease ended was sold to us at 10% of value.

At the start of the war Britain was either paying in gold or liquidated assets but was running out of currency to buy further goods, lend lease enabled Britain to continue to acquire the materials needed.

The money loaned by the USA to England came just after the end of the war and was needed as Britain had in effect run out of money funding the war.

they step in after 3 years, drop a bomb TEAM AMERICA:WORLD POLICE

The USA was given a rude awakening from isolationism and its troops did a pretty poor job at first being quite inexperienced they did get rather mauled in north Africa at the start of their involvement against the Germans. After a steep learning curve they got things in order and did start to break German and Japanese forces (along with the rest of the allies).

By no means at all did the world police myth come into anything during the second world war. Sheer weight of numbers from the western allies and the monster that was the Soviet Union smashed the German forces so badly that they were unable to fight effectively and were slowly pushed back until defeat.
