Why on earth would you need to do that?

I only wash my hair once, and I would imagine its a lot longer than yours, and takes a lot more care. Once its washed its washed, why the need to wash it multiple times.

I can shower in round about 5 mins as well.

You expect there to be logic to the rules

Im wondering if a few races are being pressurised into putting floodlighting in - for some dusk>>>dark races......(rather than fully dark like Singapore)
