Is this a fraudulent transaction?

I haven't paid for any Blizzard character tools and that doesn't look like an official Blizzard name.

Must have malware. :/

Well if you havent paid for nothing and its on your bank statement id say its Fraudulent.

£15 is the price for a character transfer or account change.

Do you play wow?

Either way id ring bank as ask about it.

Yes, I currently play WoW and have used character transfer before.

Done MSSE, Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes, nothing found.

Did one on the 5th of Feb, but can't find it on the statement, it might be that it's just appeared now.

Sounds likely, but if you suspect you've got Malware I'd double check previous statements quick smart in case. Get some malwarebytes on the go too and scan your computer asap, never hurts.

Yeah sounds like the transaction from Feb.

I didn't know that people still played WoW. Personally, I thought Blizz killed it when TBC came out. 'Twas a great game in 2005/6 though.
