This is ridiculous. Snobbery at it's finest. It has 4 wheels, it has a roof, it can get you from A to B. Like they are going to give you a big expensive car to use for a few days. Can you imagine how much that would cost them?

Be grateful you even got a car to use...

He drives an M5 and sounds like a rather good customer of BMW. Why wouldn't they give him something a bit more in-line with his custom?

Pretty sure BMW do give out nice courtesy cars, I remember reading Fox being given some when he car was in for work.

It's a loan car for 1 night,not really a big deal:confused:

Seriously, why are people taking offence to me disliking a 120d? I like nice cars, a 120d isn't one. If that makes me a snob then so be it.

Anyway, I got my car back today so all is good
 
I'm not evening comparing it with my car, I haven't always had a flashy car, I used to drive an Skoda Octavia, Rover 820 and a Peugeot 106, the list goes on. It's just a noisy rattly diesel engine in a small car with seats you sit on, rather than in and not much else and according to the paperwork I had to sign was worth over £25k
 
It may be a car you don't like. But it isn't yours, and you've only got it for a short time, so what does it matter?

I didn't say you were a snob because you didn't like a 120d. I don't like 120ds either. That's not the point I'm making.
