Are you currently able to log in to the "new" online banking?

It's not working for me at all.

And when I do log in, it's awfully slow and unusable, and frankly is just plain awful.

I've tried phoning but have been on hold and got bored.
 
Seems to be going slowly for me as well :(.

I also don't like the new site, when I try to log in on my phone I can't scroll through the letters to put my secret word in :mad:
 
No problem, didn't work first time but did the second, even from over in Singapore which I was surprised about, thought the security stuff would kick in as it's the first time I've used the new site.

Was slow for me this morning too. Why the change? Can someone please tell me how to log in (just to view your balance) without a pin sentry? Before I could do it in a breeze and now it says you can do it but there isn't anywhere to actually log in without a pin sentry. I have tried calling but was left on hold for 15 minutes and I think the line went dead.
 
Was fine this morning for me on my phone (via 3G) but awfully slow and unusable at work on their network (50mb leased line) and 3G again.

Given up for the moment..

Sounds similar to my experience.

You have to log into the new system to enable you to view it without pin sentry I believe.
 
Very slow and non-responsive here, I'm struggling to even get the login page up.
 
Worst online banking system ever and the user experience consultant MUST be shot.
OK, so I don;t have my Pin Sentry on me, it kinda tells me how to log in without, but hell if I know how or they make it in any way easy to find!
 
Barclays online banking has always been sub par but I always especially enjoy it when a company retires a rubbish but functional system in favour of a pretty but useless one.

Is what I get when I try to log in.
 
Get the Barclays PingIT app. It can tell you how much you have in your account.

Awaiting verification code to mobile which going by their other systems I can imagine will be a while :(

Thanks for the heads up though. Its only a quick balance check I need to do.
