I am going to be playing a few games on Dust2! <3

I have set up the server, it is on trial at the moment and I will slowly make more improvements and I shall work on the other servers we have too. :)

Needs more maps = Italy office and a few others that are popular.
Needs awp and auto sniper disabled ruins the fun for most players immediately.
Starting money needs to be back down to 800 or 1k so you get a pistol round.

other than that was some good games but there is a reason nearly every popular server has awps and autos gone.

I will restrict the AWP/Autos to 2 per team. On a 32 man server that should be fine. (Once I find out how to do it :p)
Starting money I am going to change to about 2k, makes people earn for the cash.
Map changing, not decided what maps to have yet. :D
 
2k seems reasonable. popular maps in rotation would make it great perhaps a choose next map vote on last round would be better. Still think awps and autos should be gone completely but im just going by what most of the big name servers have it set like as your wanting yours to be populated regularly.

Hopefully it gets used by most of ocuk :)
 
Not bothered about money on servers. $800, 16k or anything inbetween is perfectly acceptable.

In terms of maps though I must voice my hatred for anything cs_. Hostages are just useless **** and often ruin rounds by being slow, getting in the line of fire, blocking and so on. In de_ terms, most of the usual stuff is fine. A notable exception being aztec. A rotation of dust 2, mill and/or tuscan, inferno, nuke, train, contra, season would be good for starters.

Awps should never be outlawed completely. A limit of 2 per team sounds spot on.

Also, forcing auto assign is always welcome.

Agree with auto assign forgot about that pretty much essential to keep teams interesting. Also agree with anything to do with hostages is a bad idea.
