Going from AM2 to AM3...

Hi there!
I will be upgrading my CPU from my current AMD X2 6000 to AMD Phenom X4 965BE. I have an Gigabyte MA770 UD3 Mobo, which i think can handle the new CPU as well as the old one.
Anything i should watch or be carefull with?
What about the AMD dual core Optimiser i have installed for X2 6000? Should i uninstall it?

Do a complete fresh re-install, easier and will clear out the old junk thats not needed anymore.

Complete install not required for just cpu upgrade.

It does help to do a fresh re-install, latest drivers, no old programs that are not needed anymore.
