460w enough to power a 7850 (cooler master)

Can he run a 7850 on this 460w PSU?
If you look just under the chart it says the 'combined power' of those rails shall not exceed 401.5 W however both 12v lines say 18amps so i would think that being 36amps is this correct?

Just if it doesn't power the 7850 then unless he ups his £200 budget i would then have to get a PSU and a much less card
 
As the card only needs 130W max, i think you should be ok. But it may also depend on what else the psu is powering.
 
Assuming the rest of the system is fairly standard should be OK, 7850 doesn't really draw a massive amount even under load, much more efficient then previous generation by and large.
