Anyone work for Argos? Cash refund advice

Item bought for £179.99 cash. If this is to be refunded with in 7 days (although) excluded from the 30 day but returned due to being faulty will they refund in cash or a credit thing?

Can't see any info on there site

Item needs to go back as is faulty and is 7 days old

Item is excluded from there 30 day but covered under uk law on the faulty thing

So if paid cash will they refund cash? I've some nasty gut feeling of credit/vouchers

They will push hard for vouchers.

Just explained you paid cash, its broken and you want your money back.

Say its stupidly cheaper somewhere else too

I had to sit down and read this twice, Yeah if u keep complaining and telling them were to shove the vouchers u will get cash back
