1333 v 1600

They are decent sticks (just as good as the Crucial or Kingston sticks mentioned earlier) but they use a larger heatsink design - so you may have issues with fitting a large CPU cooler. This wouldn't be an issue with a low-profile RAM kit like the crucial or kingston, hence I would personally go for one of those instead of the RipJawsX.
 
The real world difference is about 3% ingame FPS and about the same in other applications. So about the difference between 60 and 62 FPS. It depends on the game as well but there was some benchmark results flaoting around here somewhere. 1600 seems to be the sweet spot currently and you'll get a bigger return from 1333=1600 than 1600-1866.
