I bet if he had big barrells of oil hidden away and oil wells in various regions of the territory he abuses that we would have already done something about it with loud mouthed Americans who like to pretend their the police of the world leading the way as usual with their "kick ass" mentality and a bit of "we're the greatest superpower on earth so we can do what we want" mindset mixed in with us following behind them cleaning up their leftovers.
