Hi I'm looking at buying some whey, and maybe some other supplements, what do you recommend and where from, I need delivery to europe.
I'm looking on the river site as iv'e ordered from there before.

Above but I just bought from www.maxiraw.com as worked out cheaper than myprotien for 5kg of whey and some carbs. Plus I got a free t-shirt and shaker

I've been using Nutrisport 90+ recently from monstersupplements.com. It's cheaper than the flavoured my protein whey for a 5kg tub with free delivery. I think the river site also sells this not sure what the price is on there though.

usual stop at myprotein and onone.co.uk should sort you out for the best prices mate, im on myprotein choco mint at the minute, its great!
