OcUk Giving away sweets?

Picked up my OcUk Gaming keyboard today from the post office, When i opened it i found a small bag of haribo sour sweets in the corner of the box :confused:

Is this normal? A gift? Accident?

It's normal. They started doing it maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago.
