Will a Corsair H100/H80 fit in either of these cases?

I'd really like either one of those coolers in either one of those cases, preferably the H100 in the Shinobi.

You won't fit a h100 in a shinobi top... This is from xbournex on another forums...

The radiator itself will fit. - I tried it with an H50
Adding a fan, the ram/io shield/motherboard heatsinks would block it.
The shinobi, unfortunately was not designed for radiators (it's why it's not advertised). We keep water in consideration in our next chassis.

You might get away with a h80 in the back mind.

Kizyoo has an r3 though and he might be able to tell you if it will fit if he pops in...

Unless you do some modding, H100 is not going to fit on the Shinobi.
H80 on the Shinobi is OK.
