...and it's going back to T-mobile. 
In one weekend of use I had around half a dozen instances of it losing signal in areas where my wildfire gets a strong signal and I also had an issue where I had mobile internet turned on, a strong signal and an incoming call went to voicemail!!
After doing some research it seems it's a software issue, which HTC have apparently released a fix for but TMobile have not released the fix yet (even though other networks did so late last year or early 2012).
And as I'm not into rooting phones etc it's going back, so i'll have to chose another handset.
Shame really as it's a lovely phone. Very fast compared to my 2 year old wildfire and it was free on my price plan. All the other handsets are either too expensive or I'm not interested in them. Sigh.
