Well, The last few days i have gone from wanting an eyefinity setup, to realizing that it isnt all that good an idea financially, plus my room aint really big enough for a 3 x 24" scrren setup, so ive decided to give up on it.

One thing i do know is, im still going to purchase a 7970 and i want a monitor to go with it, anything from 24" upwards 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 is what im after, also 3d ready maybe for future use, and 120mhz, I see quite a few out there and just wondering what would be a good choice, budget of around 300 quid.

Cheers guys

Yea, the BenQ XL2420T is a really nice 120Hz monitor, but it won't work in 3D with an AMD graphics card.

If you want to run in 3D with a 7970 then you are best looking at the Samsung S23A700D and S23A750D.

I may be wrong but i dont think the benq will run 3d with amd graphics cards however i know samsung will

Thats good to know guys, But I really really like the BenQ, and that is what I will be getting. So with that said, I guess il have to consider a 680, I have just been looking at prices, and the xfx and msi 7970's i was looking at cost more than the 680's i was checking out. Never had Team green hardware. Maybe 680 is a good time to go check them out.

Im actually going to have to have a think about it, 3d was something id like in future but the price of the stock 7970's are so good right now, like 60-80 quid less than the 680 at some Etailers. I change my mind so often like the wind changes direction lol.
