i'l start the ball rolling.
i got my device for £40 on a flex35 from t mobile, 18month contract.
it was really £30 but paid £10 to CPW as all there devices are unbranded/unlocked

White One X, 12 months with Vodafone, £51 a month for 1200mins + unlimited txts, 1GB data, 2GB BT Openzone Wi-Fi access + 25MB of data a day in selected European countries.
Had to pay £59 for the handset although I'm getting the first 3 months half price.
T-Mobile high value retentions couldn't really offer me much and I really wanted a 12 month contract.

Nope, they are completely legit (owned by The Carphone Warehouse).
