Here's another Humble Bundle, The Humble Botanicula Debut!

Games included:

Botanicula
Machinarium
Samrost 2
Kooky
Windosill

Soundtracks are included with Botanicula, Machinarium, and Samorost 2.

The Humble
Botanicula Debut

A brand-new adventure game from Amanita Design. Botanicula has players adventuring as a motley band of tree creatures trying to save their home from parasitic invaders.

...Plus Amanita Design's award-winning hits and more. Amanita Design's unique vision shines in the atmospheric Samorost 2 and Machinarium. Pay more than the average price, and you'll also receive the full-length feature film Kooky (with art direction by Amanita Design founder Jakub Dvorský), and Vectorpark's puzzle-art game Windosill! And soundtracks for the Amanita Design games are included!

Pay what you want. If you bought these games separately, it would cost around $53, but we are letting you set the price!

The games work great on Mac, Windows, and Linux (system requirements here). Note that this is the initial release of Botanicula. Please be patient while the developers fix any 1.0 bugs as quickly as they can. Of course, don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter any issues.

You can support charity. Choose how your purchase is divided between the developers and the habitat conservation charity World Land Trust. And if you like this deal, a tip to Humble Bundle would be much appreciated!

Not so humble now is it with the increase to $5 for a steam key they can go get stuffed.

This. I know it sounds really cheap, but its not the same spirit.

Before, you could give as much as you felt is good, and split it as you please. If you thought 1p would be good, then you could do that and get a STEAM key. Then they raised it to 1 quid. Fair enough, because people were doing 2nd accounts and try tog et more free games in the treasure hunts and stuff. Now its 5. WHY?!

I know its to charity, but for me, you have lost the whole scope. I have always paid for these, since number 2 (missed no.1, but they gave me a free key with no. 2). I paid around 5 or 10 quid per bundle, depending on how good I felt the games would be, and I ended up never playing them. So basically, it was 5 free quid to charity, which is good mind.

But they have lost the whole scope now. Majority of the people want STEAM keys. I'll not be paying 5 pounds for a key, when they are just being greedy. As someone said, so much for HUMBLE indie bundle.

EDIT: And Machinarium and Samorost have already been in previous deals, as that is how I got them.

You are aware that this is the release for Botanicula right?

They're offering their brand new game, and all their other games for well under what they're worth, available to people without even paying them any money.

Machinarium is £7.50 on Steam and was £15 on release, it's worth every penny alone. And people are upset over £3.11p.. that can entirely go to charity if you want?

when they are just being greedy.

Riiiiiiight...... They're greedy for asking you to give a tiny amount to charity in exchange for a game they've put hard work into.. Such a feeling of self entitlement is pathetic.

agreed with OotF. Machinarium was fudging awesome. I already own it on Steam, and will be buying this bundle just for Botanicula.

The game is worth $5, but if you don't want to play that you can still pay whatever you want and get a DRM-free version, which is arguably better anyway because it isn't tied to your Steam account.

I think I'll pass on this humble bundle. None of the games look anything special, I'm pretty sure I've even played at least one of them before in as a flash game.
