Hey all,

My band BlackWolf have been pretty busy of late - we've got ourselves a new singer, done a photoshoot and recorded a 4 track E.P at Junkyard Studios in Newport. We're really happy with the results and can't wait to get it out there :)

I posted our old demo here coming up to a couple of years ago now and we have changed a hell of a lot since then!

pretty good, not generally my kinda thing but the singers voice kinda reminds me of the guy outa alter bridge which I love. prefer it a bit heavier though :P good going though.
 
Impressive vocals!

Stairway Ticket sounds like Pearl Jam to me overall with hints of Led Zep. Must be buzzing to be playing all that stuff and sounding very accomplished BUT as someone's said it's sticking to all the musical cliches and has been done to death.
In a pub I'd be going 'Hell yeah!'
At home on my laptop I'm like 'I like the energy but it's not musically interesting.'

I nearly wrote exactly that.
Very impressive vocals but not sure if it sits with the music and he's trying to do that much there is a few pitching problems but he is very good.
Overall the playing is excellent and the vocals are excellent but it isn't a type of music I'd buy anymore because it had it's day.
 
I hate listening to only one track and making a judgement but I'm sure you linked about 4 tracks a while ago perhaps on a MySpace page or something.

And tell the lad on the right to show some interest, if my bands did that I'd have a right go at them.
 
Yeah we did 6 tracks on a an old demo a couple of years back with our old singer which was rough as.
We're really happy with Scott and what he brings to the band. We can't wait to get the other 3 tracks out there.

Do you mean one in from the right?

EDIT: do you mean the far right on the top banner of the tumblr page?
