Daniel Radcliffe can 'do one' - Back to the Future Remake

Noooo!!!

They can never remake BTTF.

Remakes of classics really bother me as the younger gen of kids will prefer the modern computer cgi, etc.

This. I'm getting sick & tired of Hollywood remaking films like this one. It's lazy, greedy & its about time they started hiring & paying decent money to talented scriptwriters.

Anyone else think they're running out of ideas for films?

Kinda goes like this

Book>Film
Game>Film
Remake Film
Repeat

Not that I've seen Battleship, but from the trailer it looks like they recycled Optimus Prime and gave him a few upgrades lol

It was the most ridiculous film I've ever seen. Enjoyable though, because it was so in-your-face rubbish.

All he's said is he'd like the part if such a remake were ever made. There's no suggestion that a remake is actually in the works, or that he'd get the part if it was.

There's no way they could remake it, if they did it would open up a whole can of worms of films that were considered 'sacred' like Starwars, Terminator or ET et al

I'd eat my own **** if they got that muppet Radcliffe to play Marty.

If Hollywood thought it'd make money then they'd do it regardless of the outcry. I even bet they're just waiting for George Lucas to pop his clogs so that the "Re-Imaginings" of Star Wars can begin.

Anyone trying to impersonate Michael J Fox would be on shakey ground.

You're a bad man :D

I have. It sucks. Lots of bangs and booms but the 'plot' is pretty thin...
Only watched an hour, then stopped it to watch repeats of Mock the Week on Dave instead!

I have to enquire, do you live in a cinema? as it's only just in the cinema here in England, if you lived in Bath, that would mean....

He said he watched it and then stopped it to watch TV, so of course he must live in a cinema. It is the only possible explanation.

It is amazing how many people hate movies when they watch shaky cam jobs. A movie like Battleship can only be entertaining when watched on a big screen in HD and good audio. It sure as hell doesn't have much storyline.

Gotta agree, Cinema (despite the extortionate prices) does add a lot more atmosphere to a film, thus makes it better, shame I didn't see Avatar in the cinema, I waited till it came out on DVD, and thought it was **** lol

Avatar in the cinema in 3D was worth the £11 admission.

Some movies, like rom coms or movies that are dialogue driven can been enjoyed at home in stereo but action movies are best served big and loud. The bigger the louder the better.
