Didn't see anything in the first leg to suggest that Chelsea could get a positive result in the second leg, Barca are a hurt animal at the minute.

Barca are definitely still the favourites but as you said, with the loss to Madrid, they're not at their best right now so there's always a chance.

I think it will be Barca/Bayern.

It would be great if Chelsea win though whether or not Real do, I just don't fancy watching Barca passing the ball around midfield for another 70mins with the occasional attempt at penetrating the defense.

I think Chelsea will do it. Almost everyone (including me) wrote them off for the first leg and whilst they should have lost, they didn't. They've been written off for the second but if we can just get a goal and do exactly what we did last time, I think we have a good chance.

tbf this is about as good a chance as Chelsea can get. The timing could not be better. Barcelona are absolutely knackered, they have lost their edge this season, most of their players have been playing for about 5 years constantly, it's madness. World Cup right 'til the end, Euros until the end, Confeds Cup, World Club Cups, domestic cup until the final almost every year etc. etc.

They look absolutely exhausted and as if they really want to win, but they just can't seem to sprint enough in a game to put teams under sustained pressure. They give the ball away easily and are actually getting first touches wrong (madness - I know!) for the first time in this current teams history.

It's in Chelsea's hands, Real's performance will have given them an enormous boost, massive game and Barca just could not match Real physically, and when you can't do that, you struggle

Just hope to see Chelsea in the final not a fan but I alway support the underdogs. I thinkt they'd have a better change against real than Bayern though....

Just hope we don't see Drogba's acting skills again in the 2nd leg. :D

sorry but Chelsea have been gettign away with football murder for far too long, its bad enough they are in the FA Cup final with this team (and dont get me started on Liverpool), they REALLY dont deserve to be in the CL final also

Fine , they scraped a win on a relatively tight home pitch with the majority of the crowd cheering for them, to draw (at the very least) on a much more expansive pitch with the majority of crowd baying for their blood.....I cant see Barca not ripping them apart (and if Barca miss another hatful of chances like they did last week, it will be a miracle)

Deserve is a bit of a strong word.

If they've beaten all opponents prior to the final, then how exactly do they not 'deserve' it? Are you just prejudiced because you don't like them?

Not the most exciting 5000th post but *party popper*

I hear a lot of people saying Barca's pitch is much bigger than Chelsea's, but isn't it only a metre longer/wider? Doesn't seem 'much bigger' to me.

Stamford Bridge - 103 x 67M
Camp Nou - 105 X 68M

So yeah pretty much a myth that I've also bought into, having said that the extra space (camera distance certainly gives the illusion it's a much bigger pitch)

Tuesday is going to be very interesting, one way or the other.

Indeed...im still going with a Barca mauling of Chelsea. Drogba may be fit to play tomo night...so that will be interesting to see if he pulls the same stunts he did the other week in the first leg:p.

well look at the circumstances of the game (and the marginal misses from Barca), and all Drogba's rolling around etc , and the barge from Cahill on the byline.

Personally think I got it spot on

Actually its nothing about "not liking" them , look at their league position - that proves how much of a dodgy team they really are (cup team or not) - just because they fluke a few decent results on the right night doesnt mean they deserve a shot at the biggest prize in football

Its the "mental" size of the pitch more than the actual size, becaue of the arena its in and te hostile crowd

Stamford Bridge - 103 x 67M = 6900m2
Camp Nou - 105 X 68M = 7140m2

i think over 200m2 is a big difference.
