Best company for plans/signal?

Currently on Giffgaff using the £10 goodybag but the signal and internet signal has been abysmal.

I'm looking to change providers, but unsure what's best deals?

Giffgaff currently provide 250mins, unlimited text and web all for £10. So I'm looking for something around there - will pay more for better.

Been looking at '3', but I need some general advice please.

Phone is; Galaxy S2 with latest ICS Firmware.

Best to get some free PAYG sim cards from the providers and test the signal before committing to any kind of contract.

Go on each providers website and look at their signal map.

o2 has always been the best round here for me, which is fortunate seeing as giffgaff use their network

^^ Of some help but would advise checking out the networks via their PAYG sims if you have an unlocked phone as it can be quite enlightening, especially if you live off the beaten track. For instance where I live I would have thought Vodafone and possibly O2 would be good and Three would be poor. Complete opposite was the result.
