Cheapest mini hi-fi that's actually good?

My Dad wants a budget mini all-in-one hi-fi, doesn't have to be amazing. What's the cheapest one that's actually good quality? Cheers.

This. A setup like that is going to kill the supermarket bought or electrical store bought for the same price stone dead in terms of sound quality.

Does have a usb socket though for plugging in an Ipod
