Can I buy gun officialy if visiting USA as tourist?

I think there is an exemption for hunting and that's about it - you would need some sort of permit for your hunting trip and then you can poses a firearm.

As long as you can get a license then Arizona state law says it's fine. However:

Also, non-citizen cannot purchase a firearm from a federally licensed firerams dealer unless they have been a resident of their state for 90 days.

So you have to be living in Arizona for 3 months for anyone to be able to sell you a gun. But after that if you have a hunting license then you can carry any machine gun you like concealed down your trousers wherever you like in Arizona liek a true American
