Anyone know the case, personally after doing some reading up on it i think he is guilty as sin. Though there seem to be quite a few that think he is innocent. Particularly callous guy.

i believe he was someone that shot his family.

EDIT :
Gun experts claim to have unearthed new evidence which could clear convicted killer Jeremy Bamber of a notorious 1985 multiple murder.
Bamber was jailed after he was found guilty of killing his adoptive parents June and Nevill, his sister Sheila Caffell and her six-year-old twins Daniel and Nicholas, at their Essex farmhouse.
But he has always denied the murders - and a new legal team has now suggested that a silencer, the discover of which was crucial to his conviction, was never used on the gun that caused their deaths.

I hadn't heard of him until now but just read about what happened. What a truely sad set of events.

It truly does not seem beyond reasonable doubt that he was guilty, the conviction seems weak to me, but I'm no lawyer.

You mean apart from the bit where he confessed to his then girlfriend? The biggest problem with this case is the almightly ****-up by the investigating police force. Bamber told them it was his mentally ill sister, and the idea was so sexy that they never even bothered to investigate. By the time relatives had pointed out that the sister was so drugged up that she couldn't hit a barn door she was standing next too, and she had only ever fired the rifle once (and missed everything) most of the evidence was lost. Only then did the police start to think that a person who killed five people without missing a single shot might not be someone drugged into another world on anti-psychotics. Let's also try to explain the bit where Bamber says his father phoned Bamber to say the bloodbath had started. Really? Your daughter has started shooting people and you call your son, not the police? And the same son (Bamber) drives to the murder scene, looks around, and then calls the police? Oh, and the murders were committed in exactly the right order to make sure that the valuable family property went to Bamber - which otherwise it would not have done.
