I'd like to order a semi nice card tomorrow, I've got £100-150 for one; primary use is gaming, I'd like it be able to play most games like Arma 2 and 3, a few other first person shooters like BF3 and some racing sims; would be nice to run them on high settings on a high resolution.

It will be running along side a i7 3.4 or 3.5 processor and 8gb of ram. Although I will primarily be using it on a single screen, I'd still like the ability to do triple screen (from one card) in case I do ever manage to stumble on another couple of cards

Your input would be greatly appreciated... thanks guys.;)

ATI 7850 + overclock it

Your the second person to say that.....;)

I wonder how that compared to my old 4890...lol which manufacturers version of the 7850 are you talking, ATI or ASUS, XFX, or other...?

Thanks ....

Thanks to beejjacobs on the other post about a bundle, who also mentioned the 7850.

A 7850 for £180 or less is best thing you can get around that price. £150 cards are not worth it in comparison, and 6950 and gtx 560 / 570 are old gen 40 nm cards.

Until NVIDIA release their new midrange, 7850 is the best <£200 card to buy.

7850 it is then, now which is the best version 7850 to buy then i.e make cost...

I'm sure glad I stopped by here...All these different ATI models are so damn confusing. Am I right in thinking all of the 7850 support 3-4 monitors?

Thank you :)

If you need it now, and want to spend a tenner less, this is part of the today only sale!

I want to order a 7850 (today, latest by Friday) but i'm just not sure which one to go with after looking at the 500+ post on the 7850. I usually just get ATI, XFX, Saphire or Asus but I'm not sure about these other makes.

Does anyone 7850 in particular clock better, run faster, run cooler, run more stable or have better cooling fan and ventilation.. that's the dilemma I have now. Trying to work out which one.. I don't mind pay the extra £10 for the better card ya know..

I don't suppose you know do you?

This. Bit over your initial £150 budget but definitely the best bang-for-buck card sun £200.

Yeah..lol but which one do I get... sometimes its not always best to buy the cheapest. I'm definitely getting one, just not sure which manufactures.

Looking at what's in stock now I'd go cheapest the VTX

I'd rather not just buy cheap because its cheap lol, i'd rather know im getting the best card for my money and not have to worry about over heating or poor fan circulation and having to upgrade the fan or something later on because i made a bad choice:eek:

I tried to read through that big post on this card but it al just confused me.
