Ram under a Noctua NH-D14

i think it wont, you can higher the one fan to try and clear the ram,you can also take off the ram heatspreader

It might just fit if you only have 2 DIMMs installed and if your case has enough room to raise the first fan up a bit higher to sit on top, but I'd say you'd be better off with low profile RAM

So as in my other posts I think im going to go for the Noctua NH-D14, however I have 16GB of Corsair Vengeance ram -

Will this fit under the CPU cooler on an Asus Z77 MB, if not is there anyway of move the CPU find up to allow enough space?

Sorry fella not had my coffee yet, didn't read your post properly. You already have the ram so therefore as iBSOD said just take the heatsinks off.

Yeah I bought the ram a while ago, dont really want to sell it as ram isnt worth anything atm.

Does taking the headspreaders off cause any problems on a O/C'd system?

no!! its there to help install/uninstall of ram imo, just makes it easier to grab onto, ram wont get hot, mines cool at a higher speed
