want to put some muscle on recommend some products?

2 people have said they wont post pics because they dont have to prove themselves. OK then post some pics of people you've trained then? post any kind of evidence that what you says makes any results at all.

Here's some of me and the guys I train with. Sorry, no topless photos. I only hope now my advice becomes true.

This is just from very limited time training around a busy medical degree.
 
Where the hell do you find gyms/clubs like that? I'd love to train with actual people in an environment like that, not the only person squatting at 8am surrounded by 16 year olds doing tricep kickbacks.
 
Why do all the people in those pictures look like they barely even lift? Yet lifting 4-5 plates a side?

Your school have a papier mache day or something and you all made weights? Would explain why one guy stil has his plimpsoles on

I doubt you'll find many people squatting at 8am in most gyms?

I've tried not to get involved in this thread as I'm no person to give any advice yet......But...

Apparently these dudes didn't get the ocuk memo that dips/pullups are useless.



Fact is if you've got the genetic potential to build muscle, you can respond to close to your "natural potential" from basically any resistance training. Freefaller and all them would have comparable upper bodies from the stuff in these vids. When it gets too easy wear a weight vest or something.

Just so happens they chose to follow mythical bodybuilding mantra, which is meant for drug users, but works for them to a good extend. Then everyone else follows that advice too and buy all the "products" expecting the same results. I feel sorry for them.

Look up how much deadlifts this dude had to do to build that muscle?

ETA: forgot to say - looking at the OP's pic he looks like he has the potential to build muscle easily.

I don't think anyone said dips or pull-ups are useless. There are just better ways of stimulating muscle gain, which is what the OP is after.

Oh and please stop posting your picture as proof you know what you're talking about, you're a tubster.

I cant pinch much fat anywhere except the front of my stomach. I dont know what the hell you guys are talking about. I need a belt to wear 34" trousers, I'd wear 32" but they are usually too tight on my thighs/bum. I'm not "shredded" by any means (btw most of the shredded pics you guys buy into, the dudes are loaded up on diuretics), but I know I'm not fat.
