Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Last Thursday was a sad day.

Have sold off my entire Xbox collection, every game, peripheral, all sold.

Won't be getting another one until the next-gen arrives, whenever that may be.

Posting here as I used to CoD it up like mad with a fair few of you!
 
just had a few games of domination,it was like a game on the crystal maze,motion sensors every where and people just sitting waiting for you to come walking past
 
Tom I know you loved your Akimbo FMGs, but that's a bit extreme just because they nerfed them :p

It's all for a worthy cause by the sounds of it. I hope it's somewhere warm as it looks like it may continue to be a wash out here.
 
I have come to the conclusion that MW3 (and the CoD series in general) isn't nearly as bad as the idiots that play it. I was playing last night on Kill Confirmed and this 'team' called ULTR joined the opposite team, I did okay against them think I went 20 - 9 and my side ended up winning the game. In the lobby afterwards they start going absolutely ballistic at me and another fella who were top of our side, 25 years on this earth and I've never heard more disgusting language in my life. High pitched voices, silly insults, roaring and screaming everytime they were killed..they really did fit the CoD stereotype.
 
I must be doing something wrong, I have never heard anyone rage when I have killed them, either they are all calm placid people or they don't have mic's.

When people start like that in the lobby I am in I just mute them.

I joined a S&D game the other night and the screaming and swearing at each other was unreal.
 
This was unbelieveable I really wish I had recorded it, in the game lobby afterwards they repeatedly asked me to answer them on the mic (I have a mic but it was muted) so I ended up muting them all. Then they started sending me messages, I actually replied in a sensible manner and told one of them (their fearless clan leader as I found out today) to calm down but that only seemed to make him more angry =O I checked them out they have a youtube page, facebook page and official website lol. Looks like they eat, sleep and breathe CoD..still no excuse to go on like the way they did just because they got beat a few times.
 
Got a 99 kill gameplay on HQ yesterday, dropped a double MOAB too haha! Also in some killcams why does the Type 95 only appear to fire 2 shots per burst rather than 3?
 
I've just seen that DMH was getting a reduced radius and it's about ****ing time as well... it only took them what? 6 months? It should be reduced to that of C4 since that is what you're detonating in the first place, at the moment DMH has the same 1 hit kill range as a predator missile and that's not an exaggeration, since I tested it in a private match a few months back.
