What DRAM voltage should I be going for with 9-9-9-27 timings @ 1600MHz?

I noticed when I put it down to 9-9-9-24 I got loads of artifacts on my BIOS screen. Would I be able to safely set it to these with a certain voltage?

My stock voltage is 1.500 volts. I put it up to 1.650v to test 9-9-9-27.

Im gonna jump in with my problem here as it seems it the same kind of thing....

I have the Arctic White Vengeance and I have 4 x 4gb sticks in my windows 7 64bit machine.

It says that they run at a low voltage of 1.35v however I cant get them to run at 1600mhz at 1.50v..

1333mhz at 1.5v seems fine ..

Does anyone have any ideas on that??? I mean what would I be able to push thru it safely...

Thanks Guys

Who makes DRAM chips rated for 1600MHz and 9-9-9-27? The fastest I've found is CLK 10 (Micron).
Loads of company's do CL9.

Crucial (micron) do CL8 stuff too, like this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-143-CR
The specs for that say "9-9-9-24 values at 1333MHz" according to its legitimate ratings, i.e., not its XMS profile.

So again, who makes 1600MHz CLK9 -- Samsung, Hynix, Micron, Nanya, Winbond, ProMOS, PowerChip, Elpida?

Why are you interested in the JEDEC standard? Nobody gives a monkey about them.

Just keep an eye for the rated speeds and XMP speeds.
XMP 8-8-8-24 values at 1600MHz, 1.50V --> Good.
