There's nothing to "RIP" because we never had a constitutional right to free speech in the first place. A freedom of expression and a freedom of the press, sure, but not actually a right to free speech. There are plenty of laws and statutes that technically restrict a person's free speech, such as in this case: public order, offences against the person, many new web laws, etc...
thing is, anti-white racial abuse (at least in this country) is at worst just name calling, there aren't any ingrained negative stereotypes regarding being white or a history of discrimination against white people. As a white person you can quite easily brush it off, consider the person a tool or even just laugh at them - how is it an insult to point out that I'm white...
On the other hand calling someone a '****' or using the 'n' word carries a bit more baggage. There are also a bunch of negative stereotypes regarding other races - whether it be that they allegedly smell, open corner shops etc.. or that people from their race are more likely to be criminals, drug dealers, have lower IQs, have never contributed any technological advancements to mankind.
As a white person the worst you're going to have to put up with is that you're a bad dancer or 'white men can't jump' or that whitey always screws the other races over... hardly the cutting prejudice that others have to face.
At the end of the day its more acceptable for a short person to mock a tall guy than the other way around, its more acceptable for a fat girl to make a sneering comment about a skinny girl than the other way around, its more acceptable for a poor person to mock the rich than for a wealthy person to sneer at the poor and when it comes to race white people have to suck it up a bit and realise that some comments from minorities just wouldn't go down as well if they were directed the other way around.
Why?? because some foul mouthed racist has been caught being an idiot and therefore is getting punished??. I wonder if you would say the same thing say if it was an asian or black person saying the same thing??.

if she follows one person round (even a random person) and throws abuse at them she needs to see a head doctor

Racism should either be unnacceptable in any form, or should just be brushed off by all for the ignorance that it really is.Just because I don't find it offensive doesn't mean that there isn't malicious intent or hatred. People should be allowed to say what they want. If you give the words meaning and let them effect you well...
A lot of what she said is true and hit nerves, this country is getting too many minorities coming here compared to all other countries and yet the populace get no say.
It's all relative. Races that have a long history of suffering to racist discrimination are obviously going to be sensitive and are obviously going to have a lot of historical and emotional baggage about the thing. White people were the ones doing the discrimination for 300 years so obviously we can't take such a bleeding-heart approach to it. Honestly I think it's a bit of a pathetic complaint to make (and I'm saying that as a white person). Racism is a crime and should be stamped out full-stop, but it's silly to the n'th degree to ignore the fact that a white person abusing a black person carries a lot more baggage than vice versa.
That's cultural relativity at play though, not the freedom of speech. We have never had a freedom of speech enshrined in law or written constitution. That is what people often bemoan here - as if we have ever had one to be taken away!
