3570k + which mobo?

As the title says, I'm looking for a suitable mobo to go with the rest of my system which consists of the following:

Radeon HD 7850 GPU
128GB Crucial m4 SSD
Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz RAM
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 CPU cooler
OCZ 500W ModXExtreme Pro PSU

I'll definately be overclocking the 3570K + GPU for gaming and such.

I was thinking about buying the Gigabyte Z77-D3H: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-391-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2261

Does anyone have this motherboard and could you share your opinion on it?

That board is just what you want, Gigabyte have great customer service, 3 year warranty.

Its not suitable for SLI/Crossfire, but single GFX solutions its spot on.

Yeh, I don't intend to run a multi-GPU setup, but I was just hoping to get someone's opinion on the board before I buy it.
