Hey guys i have had this phone for a while now and my current firmware is 2.2.1 and i am in desperate need to upgrade it so i tried Kies software, when i start that up it says there is an update available it then downloads the files but then gets stuck on "Preparing Firmware upgrade components" and just does nothing at all, is there any software you guys can recommend so i can upgrade my Firmware thanks a bunch.
