Local corner shop sells single stamps usually. They just open a book of 6/12 and sell them off as singles.

What utter nonsense. If he's in a position where he can only afford a single stamp then I’m not adding to his pain. A "retarded" question deserves a direct response to try and ascertain why the question is being asked. If it hurts then so be it.
