Rampage IV Extreme @ Extreme price?

I was looking at buying the Asus Rampage IV Extreme X79 while it was on TWO.
I then notice that a competitor has it (not on offer) for about £40 less than OcUK's offer price!

I'd like to get it from OcUK along with some other stuff and sometimes I'll pay a little more to get it from them, but £40 is too much.

Why is it so much more expensive?
 
Worth a shot I guess.

Might have to order from the other place and pay I don't have any issues (not that I'd want them regardless, but OcUK were very helpful last time I had an issue).
 
OK.. have to admit, I thought he would have got a slap down for discussing prices. You chaps continue to surprise :)

a SB-E 3930K (Retail).
Asus Xonar D2X
Razer Naga MMO Mouse
Razer Black Widow Expert/Qpad MK-50 (not sure which (maybe a Logitech G110, if I don't go mechanical), any recommendations?)
and
2 x KFA2 EX OC 4GB 680s

Will the Silver Arrow fir the Rampage IV Extreme? Do I need the 2011 kit for it? Do you stock the 2011 kit for the Silver Arrow?

If you don't wish to discuss these in the public forum, I'm happy to take it to trust/e-mail.
