Cod black ops 2, no one care?

Not a franchise I really have any care about anymore but I was surprised to see that the console forum had a large 12 page thread about this game but nothing in the pc gaming forum.
Now either it's not comming to the pc or non of us pc gamers care anymore.

sorry to create a thread about this I was just curious that's all.
 
The DLC prices of the previous game, the old engine and the trailer put me off. Don't care about it in the slightest.
 
Think people have realised it's always a slightly better graphical game that plays the same with new maps/weapon add ons. Could just keep updating current versions but why bother when they can make so much more money.

Cod4 is still easily my fav by miles.
 
I stopped before playing it just after black ops release, been playing BF3 since release but even board of that now, literally nothing floats my boat right now. Trying DC universe, downloading as i type.

Just filling the time in until D3 release on the 15th
 
MW1, 2 & 3 are good fun single player but because Activi$ion fix them at like £40 for eight years after they come out, you can't pick them up for a fiver, which is pretty much all they're worth.
 
As a gamer I always value gameplay over graphics.
CoD may not be graphically brilliant, but it does not have the gameplay either. Yearly releases did nothing but split up the community, effectively killing true competitive play.
Any teams who enjoy matches will be found on either 2 or 4.

I loved the series, from 1 right up to 4, WaW was only really played for its zombie mode. Every now and again I look up videos of MW3 on youtube, its lifeless, recoiless uninspiring gameplay is painful to watch. My once favourite game series, one I happily played every night be it on public or matches, reduced to spamfest of disappointment and stupidity.

They did that first with CoD4 didn't they? I know I owned it on 360 and PS3 as well as PC. (Yep, I was a massive fan of the game and over the years have owned it on all 3 systems). Might've been after release though.

But yeah, CoD:BO2 will be CoD4 with new skins and maps. CoD4 is 5 years old now, to have a game that old that's been so successful with no major engine overhauls when technology's moved on is just lazy.
