I was going to do a spec me a new mousemat thread but then thought that even if this has been done before it's time for an update plus it will give me ideas as to what to get.

I am looking for a gaming mousemat/surface that is good basically. The aim of this thread is to post a pic of your mousemat and then comment on it and each other's. Personally I will use these views to aid me in buying a new one soon but it should be interesting especially if people have visually striking ones etc.

Anyway I will start:

Just a basic mousemat that I want to replace as it is curling at the edge and has ripples in it from transport etc. It's been decent with no apparent problems gaming and haven't noticed a speed difference or anything.

I have used expensive razer ones and the boogies wipe the floor with them,i would really buy a bigger desk to fit it on:eek::):)

I use the Steelseries I-2. It's made of glass and it's great for precision gaming like FPS games or RTS ones.

Overclockers used to sell them but they don't anymore. They're easy enough to find from the rainforest or Steelseries.

Yeah it's not worth asking on here. Too many people would have picked up the Boogie Bug mat when they were on offer last year.

I have one too :D

Is there anything similar to the boogie bug but not very deep?

My desk isn't very deep - my case just about fits on top so the boogie bug would be too awkward with all my stuff on the desk.

I would like one though as I think they look very neat, so is there something that fits my needs?

Just seen what I'm after, razer goliathus extended...looks like a very long bar mat lol.
