If you correct the grammar then possibly but it might depend on how well you get on with your teachers. I'd suggest you might also want to remove some of the personal details on there.
To be slightly more precise:
There's little need to introduce yourself when you're signing off with your name anyway - you could simply say that you are studying in their class.
"I am wanting to know..." might be better rendered as "I am enquiring whether the school is in the Software4Schools programme?"
Discounts doesn't need an apostrophe.
Finally I'd remove about responding quickly or change it to "If you are not the correct person to contact for this then please could you let me know who I should contact" to make it seem slightly less pushy.
