hello! :)

gonna be as quick as possible (sorry)

2 x gtx 560ti stock
i5 2500k at 3.9ghz
12gb ram

is a OCZ ZS 750watt power supply enough? or would i have to go 800?

Can I butt in here, I have a 750W Hale90 Gold Rated. I'm getting my 560TI in the morning so will be doing SLI, I know it will be enough power but what will I have left for overclocking CPU/GPU, atm my i7 is at 4.4Ghz. Will I have to turn it to stock?

You will have more than enough power on a 750w PSU for your 560Ti in Sli
and your overclock on the processor as well, the Gfx cards don't use as much
as you would typically think under load.

There are PSU calculators that will tell you a ball point figure about how much
you will be using but i can't link them to you at the minute as im at work on
a night shift and cant access the the site from google to past the link on here.

Nice to know, I've been giddy waiting on my 2nd to arrive since I ordered it back on the 23rd, from another shop as it was £30 cheaper how it has taken almost 3 weeks to arrive... I'd be gutted if I got it, stuck it in and my PSU blew up.
 
Sorry for the double post. How much overclocking headroom will I have with my PSU and 560TIs, I have my CPU at 4.5Ghz atm but will I be able to overclock the two 560s or will that be to far?

Lots, its a quality PSU that you have, Guru3D say SLI GTX560ti use,

A second card requires you to add another ~175 Watts. You need a 700+ Watt power supply unit if you use it in a high-end system (800+ to a KiloWatt is recommended if you plan on any overclocking).

Bare in mind they use a power hungry X58 setup.

From that same Guru3D page,

What would happen if your PSU can't cope with the load? Here are some pointers:
bad 3D performance
crashing games
spontaneous reset or imminent shutdown of the PC
freezing during gameplay
PSU overload can cause it to break down
 
Oh, must have missed that, pretty tired. There a high chance of the overload or causing perminant damage? Also, thanks for all pointers and info.
 
I cant stress it enough, you have a fantastic PSU, your Sandybridge based system uses less power than the test system Guru3D used.

You have nothing to worry about, even when overclocked.
