Gigabyte Warranty

I have a Gigabyte Windforce 3 OC up for sale in the MM but don't have an invoice for it. Someone has asked about the warranty it has. I was under the impression that the warranty works via a serial number and therefore no invoice is required. Can someone please confirm/disprove this for me?

By occasionally they are willing to do by serial number. Not guaranteed though.

Log into wherever you ordered from, go to your account history, and screenshot the order details. OCUK and most other etailers will keep full track of your order history on your account.

Bought off another guy who didn't keep it. No idea why, I always keep my invoices, even for relatively low value items, until the warranty expires.

I'm going to try asking the guy I got it from for that but I think the chances are slim, going by what he said.

I provided my reciept for a £35 SSD I just sold, its no problem unless the guy that sold it to you is too lazy to even take a screeshot and email it to you!

Takes like 3 minutes max, mostly to find the order in your order history.

I've sent an email now, perhaps it was bought from a shop rather than online retailer though. Can't think why else it would have been unobtainable.
