Wood Pigeons? can kill them and eat them as they are an agricultural pest (although wood pigeons generally hang around countryside, you may get the odd city dwelling wood pigeon, but will generally be a stray from the countryside/small town/woodland living in the city, maybe dirty). Countryside wood pigeons are clean and edible breast meat.

Feral pigeons, again shootable, but wouldn't eat them as they are dirty.

Wood pigeon meat is lovely

I get pigeons on my balcony now and again, I don't mind apart from the cooing and poop.

Last year some nested on my neighbour's balcony, I quite like pigeons but squabs are ugly buggers.

It's nice, rate it up there with pheasent or duck. Unique and nice flavours but not massivly rich like some game meat.

Also a very testing and fast target when you are decoying them in flight over farmers crops
