Which laptop should i buy? Vote please

After taking some advice in another thread i have narrowed my Laptop search down to these 2(unless someone can tell me there rubbish)

The laptops for my elderly uncle. He's downsizing from desktop to laptop.
He only uses his computer for basic browsing.
Its main purpose is for streaming its just about all he uses his computer for.
Could we please have a vote on which one would be the best for me to get him out of these 2(If any)

I have seen a HP Pavillion Laptop g6 brand new for£419

15'6 screen
6gb
intel core i5
2.5ghz
500GB

Would this be o.k? So confused did really want a bigger screen for him.
Is there anything i can sacrifice on the build to get him a bigger screen around the same price?

It all comes down to personal preference. Of the above 2, the i5 is significantly faster, but has a smaller screen. If you're not that bothered about the speed, but want the screen to be as big as possible then get the other one.

17" is quite big for a laptop. Go and have a play on one in one of the electrical retailers to see which size you prefer. 17" would be too big for me.

Digger check out my post in your other thread, you can get that HP G7 17" with an intel i5 processor for less than £500 at a certain red white and blue supermarket retailer.

To answer your above question, it would help with the overall speed of the computer.
