How much do the forum mods get paid?

I was wondering how much do the ocuk mods get paid? On another forum I go on sometimes they get free VIP membership worth about $120/year and free merchandise from forum sponsors. Somebody worked it out once and it came to about $2000 year.

How much does ocuk pay them or is it a secret?
 
They are not paid at all unless they reach the 3 year level & then they are entitled to certain sexual favours, No cash changes hands though.
 
i heard they get paid £1 per post , per post moderated , per hour spent on the forum and a bonus £10 per ban

i bet it all racks up rather quickly into a pretty herfty pay packet.

yep thats right ocuk insists on paying them in cash

Some of them maybe, but definitely not all of them.

I'm still being paid my Don wage even though I was booted, keep it hush though as the extra cash is handy :p

Yeah I know, but I don't think there are many more customer services guys than there are buyers. Not enough to say that the shop guys all earn minimum wage at all.
