Looking at an Audi TT, am I mad?

thats a big shame, i would have a coupe (i mean, id get the GF a coupe!)

i can see it happening when ive built my garage, the M3 is done and more of the house is done

id feel bad giving up a pefectly reliable mk4 Golf only to buy a TT that i know id have to put a ton of work into

If they did the baseball leather colour without the stitching effect, that would be the colour to have

There are plenty I've seen so far where the drivers seat is in a poor state, yet the passenger seat is pristine. Can you not swap these over to even out the wear a bit?

After looking at these on AT, I think i'll add into my shortlist for the next car. It seems well specced, v6, 4WD, leather, 4 seats (ok...but it'll be fine for 10min), big boot with similar price to a 125i.

Bargain, so if I do get one, long as the leather isn't torn to shreds then it should be looking like new after treatment?

you may have to play with the finishing products to get the shine right but it should look great, in reality you will have to redo the bolsters once a year

and how much would I be looking at for that?

Also, what is the Sat nav like on these? Does it add anymore functionality than just the nav or is it like BMW iDrive where it is a whole other kettle of fish which improves the user interface?

If you fit the RNS-E Nav system the navigation is excellent - it's touch screen too, and has SD card slots for music.

If I fit? so these can be retrofitted I take it, how much exactly? Its just means I don't need to be so specific with my criteria if these can be fitted easily afterwards.
